Stats / Weaknesses:

• The Sea Slug is a reskin of the Bosslug, with similar moves but different properties.
• Acid Bug Bombs are weak to poison (Resh'an's normal element).

Phases:

1. Phase 1: Initial Encounter
   • The Sea Slug uses basic Sludge Spit attacks.
   • It may summon Acid Bug Bombs if locks appear.
2. Phase 2: Rock Drop Introduction
   • At certain HP thresholds (likely 50% and 25%), the Sea Slug uses Rock Drop, causing two boulders to fall, reducing all characters' HP to 1, regardless of blocks or Lunar Shield.
   • This attack does not consume the boss's turn, leaving it open to attack immediately after.
3. Phase 3: Enhanced Attacks
   • Sludge Spit may evolve into a two-ball version, dealing significantly more damage.
   • Acid Bug Bombs can be summoned in greater numbers (up to four).

Strategy:

• Ensure all characters are at full health and stocked with food items before the battle.
• Sludge Spit: Time your blocks to mitigate damage. The two-ball version requires precise blocking for both projectiles.
• Rock Drop: This attack is unavoidable and reduces all party members to 1 HP. Be prepared for the boss to attack again immediately after, potentially leading to KOs.
• Acid Bug Bombs: These have high defense despite low HP. Focus on breaking locks to minimize their summons. Resh'an's poison attacks are effective against them.
• Character Synergies:
  • Resh'an: His poison attacks are effective against Acid Bug Bombs, and his group heal and ultimate ability are invaluable.
  • Serai: Use her Disorient ability to delay the boss's turns, providing breathing room.
• Lunar Shield: Use this ability to block single attacks and heal, but it offers no protection against Rock Drop.
• Be aware that Rock Drop does not consume the boss's turn, making it a dangerous precursor to other attacks.
