Version History

This section is simply a version history to remind myself how this guide came together (and functions as a possible "To Do" list as well, for the future). Everything before "Version 1.00" is still an incomplete guide.

Version 0.10: Just getting into this beast of a game. Definitely had some trouble with the Lady Butterfly boss. I only died 20-some odd times. Yeah... after finishing the Hirata Estate I killed her in one go! Go figure. Been working on the guide for two days, got a good little chunk done. More to come as always!
Version 0.30: Added in a few more areas. More progress. Slowly but surely it feels like. I can definitely tell I'm getting better at the game as I deflect much more and treat some of these fights as a battle of rhythm (like the are). More to come!
Version 0.35: Added up to the Guardian Ape boss fight. Probably more than half done, but there's side areas and such, so I'm not too sure how much is left. Enjoying the game so far, for sure. Hopefully you are too!
Version 0.40: Added in more areas, up to Mibu Village. That's really only one more boss and a handful of Mini Bosses but eh... getting this done slowly but surely. Should be able to do another chunk of the game very soon! Enjoy!
Version 0.90: Walkthrough is done (for 2/4 endings at least), as is the Trophy section. It's been quite a while since my last update, but that is why: I was so close to the end I NEEDED to keep pushing onward. Calling this 0.9 as there's some other sections not finished, but once they are I'll call it 1.0. After that I'll work on getting the other endings covered and making the guide more complete. Enjoy!
Version 1.00: Other sections finished (Overview/Tips and Tricks). This version will get you through the game from start to finish. Still need to add a few optional bosses and the last two endings. Scratch that, just added in the Shura ending (3/4 endings done). Very nice!
Version 1.10: Added in the steps for the fourth ending which includes a new section (4/4 endings done). Renumbered the Prayer Beads. Guide should be good to go. What do you guys think, think we'll get some DLC focused on one of the endings? Perhaps they will introduce Tomoe? We'll have to wait and see! I should also add the game has had a few PATCHES and I'm not sure what all they changed. Probably some of the cheese strategies on bosses (like the Demon of Hatred) if I had to guess.
