Hello everyone and welcome to my guide for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Like many people, after playing through many of the "Souls" games, I fell in love with them and From Software in general. The detailed worlds, world building and tough-as-nails game play are always consistently solid from this developer. Sure, the games (and bosses in particular) can be migraine-inducing, but the sense of satisfaction from overcoming these obstacles is second to none!
I still remember picking up Demon's Souls back in the day just to see "what all the fuss was". Little did I know that someday it would lead to Platinum Trophies for Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2 and Bloodborne (I'm still working on Dark Souls 3). Heck, Bloodborne is hands-down one of my favorite games of all time (A hunter must hunt, even in a dream...).
Still, Sekiro is a different beast entirely, one without the multiplayer of most Souls games, without the message system, and without the various builds you (we) may be accustomed to. Instead, we are Shinobi, and we shall kill from the shadows.
I've always enjoyed writing my guides as if we're playing through the game together, and doing so for such a tough game will definitely be a challenge. Still, like I've said in my previous guides: you really do have a brother in arms in this journey! If you've used my guides in the past before, welcome back! It's good to have your support once more!
