Alright, you're back in your apartment and you'll hear another radio transmission. If you mess with the radio again, you might even catch a travel commercial for Silent Hill. Kinda ironic, right?

Peek out the window from either your living room or bedroom. Henry will notice a guy in room 207 pointing towards 303 – that's Eileen's place. Wonder if she's next on the list? If you check on her, she's getting ready for a party, rocking a backless purple dress. Too bad you just missed the show, huh?

You know the drill by now: ditch the placard and anything else you don't need. It's a good time to save. Head to the washroom and you'll see the hole in the floor is even bigger. Before you take the plunge, check the toilet for a little nod to Silent Hill 2. Too bad Henry isn't as much of a man as James, right? Anyway, jump into the portal and let's see where this takes us.

Third Floor: Room 301

Welcome to your apartment building, or at least, what's left of it. Before you go any further, look to your right and head into room 301. In the living room, you'll find MIKE'S DIARY and a piece of RED PAPER on the table. Henry thinks this paper should go under the door of room 302 once we're done here, so let's keep that in mind.

There are also some adult magazines on the floor to your right. Henry gives them a look but doesn't have time for them right now. Maybe later.

Notice the PORTAL on the west wall, but don't jump in just yet. Follow the left hallway until you reach the first room on Henry's right. Inside, you'll find two orange-tinted photos.
