Alright, let's get you sorted with Room 302. When you first wake up, you'll catch a news report. The doorbell's gonna ring, so head over and peek through the peephole for a little cutscene. Eileen might be in her room, or she might not – it's not a big deal either way. You'll also hear some radio chatter, but don't worry about that, it's not important.

First things first, stash any junk you don't need in the chest in your room. Then, head to the washroom. You'll see that hole has gotten bigger. It's time to take another dive into it and see where this weirdness leads you next.

Walkthrough

You'll wake up in a prison cell. Follow the path until you find an EXPLORATION MEMO on the ground.

Keep going and you'll hear a man shouting from a cell. You can't help him directly, but listen to what he says. He'll mention a name that might ring a bell if you played Silent Hill 2.

The prison floors are laid out in a circle with eight cells, like a clock face. We'll refer to them by their position (11 o'clock, 2 o'clock, etc.).

In the 2 o'clock cell, you'll find a pack of PISTOL BULLETS and a note on the wall. There are other notes scattered around, but they aren't crucial.

The 11 o'clock cell has a new passive enemy called a Toadstool. Nothing else is in that cell or any others on this floor.

Once you're done exploring, exit through the double doors at the south end of the cellblock.

You'll arrive in a Portal Room. On the wall, you'll see a PORTAL and a GUARD'S DIARY next to it. You'll get a new memo waiting for you back at home.

Tips

Don't stress about the man in the cell; you can't help him.
The notes on the walls in the prison cells are mostly flavor text and don't contain vital information.
Be aware of the Toadstools; they're passive but are your first new enemy type in this area.
