How to beat him: On floating platforms, avoid Iblis's flaming rock attacks by jumping. When more platforms fall, you can reach the orb lights. Homing Attack the lights, or use Iblis's thrown rocks to light them up. When Iblis tries to eat the light, Homing Attack his head. After a hit, more platforms will fall, destroying those near Iblis; wait for new ones. When his health is low, stay away from Iblis, as he will charge differently. He will knock himself out in the middle of the platforms, allowing for a final hit.

S-rank Tips: You have few chances to hit Iblis. Collect almost all 60 Rings on the field.

Where to go: Go to the shop (yellow monitor) and buy the Bounce Bracelet. If you lack Rings, do Town Missions. Head to the Train Station: go toward the Castle Town gate, turn right into the street before it. At the end of the street by the big red building, turn right. Take the next left to reach the train station. It's guarded. Turn left, see a hint ring and a pillar with a green glowing arrow. Jump and press Attack to use Bounce Attack on top.

Tips

Try releasing the Jump button in the middle of the ramp instead of at the very tip to activate it, reducing the chance of falling off.
The switch after the Snowboarding Section is under an ice patch; use a Kick to destroy it. (Hard Mode: The switch is under a pile of boxes.)
