Budmo! Mission Walkthrough

Accept the Mission: Speak with Misha and his group next to the bar in Slag Heap, Garbage. Agree to sit down for a drink to initiate the Budmo! mission. You will need three bottles of Cossacks Vodka and one Anti-Radiation Drugs before you start.

Power Transmission Stash: From Slag Heap, head east. You'll pass several anomalies. At the intersection, head north towards a pylon. The stash is in a bag at the northwest corner of the pylon, accessible by climbing a log and jumping onto a plank. Inside are the Moonlight artifact, Flash Artifact, and Hilka Detector. Do not take these items.

Concrete Blocks Stash: Return to Slag Heap and head west over the hills towards the containers. Go northwest towards the concrete rubble. The stash is in the center, slightly south, hidden within a small concrete ring covered by wooden planks. Smash the planks to access the bag. Loot inside includes an RNBW 2X Scope, a Pistol Suppressor, an M10 Gordon (undamaged), and bullets. Do not take these items. Be aware of mutant rats in the area.

Poisonous Hole Stash: From the Concrete Blocks Stash location, head north to the road. Go east slightly, then northeast towards abandoned vehicles. Head northwest towards the railway tracks, then west. You will pass a tunnel with supplies and then the Poisonous Hole. The stash is in a tunnel entrance obscured by a bush, located to the right of a pile of wreckage, west of the Poisonous Hole.

Looting the Stashes Outcome: Inside the tunnel for the Poisonous Hole stash, you will find Panas Shun. If you did not loot the other stashes, he will be friendly and ask for Anti-Radiation meds to complete the mission. If you looted the stashes, he will become hostile and attack you.
