Dead Frequency (Star Route) Mission Walkthrough

Finding Camp Icarus: From Azimuth Station, head east, then south, and finally southeast to reach Camp Icarus in the Zaton region. Upon approaching, you'll receive a radio call from Star, diverting you to Izumrudne.

Head to Izumrudne: Return north from Camp Icarus and take the east road at the second intersection to find Izumrudne. Star is located in a small hut next to a large tower. Speak to him to learn about the need to hack radio frequencies using sensors.

Getting the Ward Sensors: If you previously gave the Ward Sensors to Richter (A Needle In a Haystack mission), Star will already have them. If you gave them to The Ward, retrieve them from Sergeant Orlowski's corpse in the southeastern shack in Izumrudne, navigating through anomalies. After acquiring the sensors, you'll learn Lt. Shterev is the traitor and that Alpha and Bravo teams are searching at Claw and Vent.

Find Alpha Team - Claw: Head east from Izumrudne to the Gas Station (Claw). Neutralize the Alpha Team member near the pumps. Proceed east to a fissure; cross it and neutralize another Alpha Team member. Descend into the fissure using platforms to find Lt. Koptytsky's corpse and Shterev's PDA. Optionally, explore the eastern cave network for more Alpha Team members and mutants, taking out survivors. Continue through the caves to find the last Alpha Team member.

Find Bravo Team - Vent: From Claw, return to the road, head south and west, then south at the intersection to reach the Vent. Ascend the stairs to the tower, enter, and descend ladders and stairs to the bottom.
