How to Access the Cagliostro’s Secrets DLC:

After downloading and installing the DLC, access it by completing the second-to-last main mission, 'The Prisoner in the Bastille'. Return to the Cordelier’s Club and speak to Abbe Gregoire, selecting the dialogue option 'Monsieur Brissot’s fate' to start the 'Cagliostro's Secrets' side-quest.
