This section details the consequences of killing Silas, or failing to do so, during the final shootout. It also covers potential character deaths and Eliza's varying ending speeches.

Possible Deaths:

• Travis: Dies if Laura doesn't kill Silas and Travis is not marked with werewolf blood.
• Ryan: Dies if Laura doesn't kill Silas, Ryan is not marked with werewolf blood, and he was not marked at the end of the previous section.
• Laura: Dies if Laura doesn't kill Silas and Laura is not marked with werewolf blood, and she was not marked at the end of the previous section.
• Kaitlyn: Dies if she is in the freezer (10-Kaitlyn-2), Dylan is not alive or was infected (5-Ryan), and Silas is killed (which removes her immunity). If Kaitlyn is infected and trapped in the freezer, and Dylan is present to release her, she may survive. If both Kaitlyn and Caleb are trapped, Dylan's presence is crucial for their release.
• Caleb: Dies if he is in the freezer (10-Kaitlyn-2), Kaitlyn is not in the freezer or is not alive, and Dylan is not alive or was infected (5-Ryan). Killing Silas cures Caleb if he is trapped in the freezer. If Kaitlyn is also trapped and Dylan is present, he will release both. Otherwise, Caleb dies.

Minor Consequences:

• Ryan has Werewolf Blood: If werewolf blood was used previously and Silas is not killed, the 'Finders Keepers' path updates to show who Silas spared due to the blood.
• Final Shootout Alteration: Missing twice during the final shootout against Silas and Travis can slightly alter subsequent deaths.

Eliza's Ending Speeches:

• Silas Killed: Eliza is hateful and haunts the player.
• 10-Laura-2 Reached: Eliza gloats about the player's failure, even if Silas wasn't killed, implying Laura's intent.
• Caleb Killed: Eliza is grateful, viewing the werewolf curse as lifted, though Dylan and Emma might still be infected. This is the most positive reaction.
• Otherwise: Eliza is mildly disappointed and neutral, warning she will haunt the player if they return. This plays if Chapter 10 was skipped.

The opening and initial headline are linked to the number and proportion of Counselors versus Hacketts killed.
