Descend both sets of stairs. At the bottom of the second set, turn right through a doorway. Move slowly due to a nearby guard.

Follow the fence left to a dark area near the first searchlight tower. Two guards patrol between buildings ahead; focus on the nearest one.

Wait for the nearest guard to be close and the other out of sight. Either knock him out (K.O.) or shoot him in the head. Hide the body.
