Two Point Hospital guide version 1.9 (April 10th, 2023) offers star-by-star coverage and updated illness lists.

Version 1.9 of this guide is now live, last edited on April 10th, 2023. After four years in the making, this guide offers complete star-by-star coverage of the entire base game. Each level page shows how to achieve all three stars, with two separate 3-star layouts provided to offer different ideas. The illness list has also been updated to show which diagnosis rooms are preferred for each room up to that point. Coverage for new crossover content with Two Point Campus is also included.

A final update, version 2.0, is planned for June of this year. This update will include coverage of topics not yet covered, a final revision, and additional lists and reviews. After version 2.0, the guide will no longer be maintained, and feedback will not be responded to, as it is believed no new Two Point Hospital content will be released.

The author has found writing this guide, which took four years and many revisions through several DLCs, to be a pleasure and has benefitted from honest feedback. Support for the guide can be shown by voting it as helpful.

Regarding the future of Two Point Hospital, there has been silence since the last DLC (downloadable content — extra missions or items released after launch) was released in March 2022. Two Point Campus has received its first major DLC, but nothing has been announced for Two Point Hospital. The release of the "Full Health Collection" on Steam last year, which bundled everything together, may have hinted that the game series is complete. Any future updates from Two Point Studios will be added to the guide.

A guide for Two Point Campus may be written after the completion of this guide, as the author is currently playing through it.
