Room Prestige is a rating of how well-decorated each particular room is, separate from Hospital Attractiveness (the overall appeal of your hospital). The score is made up from a combination of room size as well as objects placed inside the room. Paying attention to Room Prestige will make staff and patients feel more important, thereby making them happier to be in the room. Many players resort to item spamming (placing many decorative items) to achieve a Prestige Level 5 room.

Here's how each Prestige Level affects your patients and staff:

• Prestige Level 3 - Increases happiness by 10%
• Prestige Level 4 - Increases happiness by 20%
• Prestige Level 5 - Increases happiness by 30%
