How to Unlock PvP Invasions:

The key to unlocking invasions is beating a specific boss in Part 2 of the story, during AD 184. This boss is none other than Zhang Jiao, and you'll face him in The Demon Fort of the Yellow Heaven. Once you've put him in his place, head over to any Battle Flag or Marker Flag. From there, you'll want to navigate to the Online Lobby menu. You should see an 'Invade' option at the bottom, right below 'Recruit' and 'Co-op'. Select that, and you're in!

You'll then see a list of other players' worlds you can jump into. It'll show their gamertag, player level, and the battleground where the fight will take place.
