Chapter 12: The End of Ambition

Head back to Kamurocho. Haruka will accompany you.

Upon arriving at New Serena, you'll be informed by a CIA agent that you can now travel between Okinawa and Kamurocho cheaply via taxi to an airfield.

This is the point of no return. Before proceeding, ensure all substories, Hitman Missions, training, and Coliseum activities are completed. You can leave Haruka at New Serena by talking to her and selecting "Go to Touto Hospital," and bring her back by talking to her again. Note that most substories and activities cannot be done with her present.

When ready, take a taxi to Touto Hospital.

You'll face the Hakuho Clan in a wave-based fight. They have low health. Utilize environmental weapons like swords and guns.

After the initial wave, you'll fight more Hakuho Clan members with slightly higher health.

Head upstairs and continue fighting. On the upstairs landing, check lockers for a Tauriner ++ and a Toughness Emperor.

Proceed to the third floor. Lockers here contain a Tauriner Maximum and a Staminan XX.

On the fourth floor, lockers contain a Toughness Emperor and a Staminan Spark.

Fight the Hakuho Captain. He uses knuckles and is tougher than regular thugs. Use back attacks or the Tiger Drop.

Continue through the hallway, fighting gunmen and a man with a couch.

In the next hall, deal with gunmen and SMG-wielding enemies. Use a nearby gun to take them down quickly.

Break through the barrier and fight more gunmen. Use their weapons against them.

Proceed to the elevator and fight off goons who interrupt your ride up.

At the top, head through the marked door for a duel with Andre Richardson. He has fancy moves but isn't overly strong.

After defeating Richardson, you'll face armored agents. Smash partitions for two Staminan Sparks and a Toughness Infinity. A Tauriner Maximum is in the chest of drawers near the window, and another Toughness Infinity is in the chest near the painting.

Richardson reappears with twin pistols and three health bars. He fights similarly to the Hitman Mission boss. Stay mobile and attack his back. He switches between pistols and a shotgun.

Head to the elevator and fight through several more unarmed agents and agents with shotguns and handguns.

At the top, you'll face Mine. He uses multiple fighting styles:

Calm: Quick kicks and counter-hits.

Orange Heat: Boxer style with multiple punches and dodges.

Red Heat: Highly aggressive with wild punches.

Purple Heat: Heals himself; attack him to mitigate his recovery.

Continue fighting Mine through cutscenes until you defeat him.
