Building a Clan

Step One: Gather Leaders - Start with three leaders (Joe, Masao, Shunta) and recruit more by fighting special characters on the street, completing Clan Missions, and finishing certain Substories. More details are available in the Clan Leaders section.

Step Two: Clan Hierarchy - Assign leaders to positions under Kiryu (Chairman). The number of positions increases as your clan grows. Higher positions are supported by those below them, boosting stats. The hierarchy improves as you progress through Clan Missions:

• Level 1 (Beginning): 1 Captain, 3 Lieutenants, 2 Soldiers supporting one Lieutenant.

Level 2 (After defeating one of the Six Lunatics): 1 Captain, 3 Lieutenants, 5 Soldiers (2 supporting two Lieutenants, 1 supporting the third).

Level 3 (After defeating two of the Six Lunatics): 1 Captain, 3 Lieutenants, Advisor role (gains x1.5 EXP, no support). Middle Lieutenant has 3 Soldiers supporting him, 2 of whom have 1 Soldier each behind them.

Level 4 (After defeating three battles with the Six Lunatics, Tag Team counts as one): 1 Captain, 3 Lieutenants, Lieutenant Advisor (with 2 Soldiers backing him up). One soldier on the left-hand Lieutenant has their own Soldier. One soldier on the middle Lieutenant has two Soldiers.

Level MAX (After defeating four battles with the Six Lunatics): Chief Advisor (x2 EXP bonus), Lieutenant Advisor (with 4 Soldiers underneath), Chief of HQ (x1.5 EXP bonus) under the Captain. Left-hand Lieutenant has 3 direct Soldiers (one with 1 subordinate, another with 2). Right-hand Lieutenant has 2 Soldiers.

Step Three: The Strike Team - Select six members from your Hierarchy to form your Strike Team. These members will fight in battles, so choose strong and versatile individuals.
