Chapter 4 - Deception

After meeting Toru Hirose and his parfait, head back down to find Nagumo's subordinate Matsunaga in trouble.

Head outside to the bar Moreno. You can complete six Substories, start a seventh, find cats, work on Troublr missions, and find all Safes in Onomichi before proceeding.

Enter Moreno and fight the large group of enemies. Using Extreme Heat is recommended to defeat them quickly.

Nagumo will appear, thanking Kiryu and introducing him to Matsunaga.

Return to Kiyomi's bar to pick up Haruto, then head back to your apartment.

Go to the Hirose Office to introduce everyone to Haruto and ask if they have seen Haruka.

Head upstairs to see Hirose, then go back downstairs and outside.

Kiyomi will inform you that the Masuzoe Family is looking for you. Follow her around town to avoid them.

You will be cornered near the Shopping Center; defeat the group of toughs.

Follow Kiyomi to Ryunan Shrine and leave Haruto with her.

Meet back up with the Hirose boys. You can now start Baseball and Spearfishing at their respective story locations, leading to nine new Substories. Nagi Pharmacy in the Shopping Center is open during the day for health items.

Head to Moreno again. After a scene, time will fast forward to nighttime, allowing for night-only activities.

Approach Matsunaga. Usami will report that the men from Moreno were from Iwami Shipbuilding and reported the incident to the Yomei Alliance.

Matsunaga will go to the Hirose office to face twenty Yomei men and forbids Kiryu from getting involved.

Kiryu must fight and defeat Usami and Tagashira. Tagashira is decent at blocking.

Head outside to the Hirose Office and fight the large group of enemies, including Koji Masuzoe.

Defeat Koji Masuzoe. He will call his men back up after taking damage; use his goons for two-person Heat Actions.

You will be introduced to Kanji Koshimizu, the captain of the Yomei Alliance.

Return to your apartment. Kiyomi will return Haruto.

A guest will arrive at the door, and the chapter will end.
