Return to the Hirose Family HQ and defeat waves of enemies.

Take a taxi to Kamurocho and go to the Navy Apartments. You can change the time of day here.

Select "Go to Kamurocho" at the Navy Apartments to proceed.

Go to a taxi and select "Police Hospital" to meet with Haruka.

Regroup at Serena and prepare to assault Millennium Tower.

Defeat the group in the front park.

Head inside and defeat the group on the walkway.

Break through barriers and head down the escalator to the next fight.

Find a Staminan XX near the seats at the south end of this room.

Head for the elevators.

Fight enemies on the office level.

Hop the turnstile and move down the hallway.

In the next office area, prioritize enemies with rocket launchers.

Proceed to the next small office and defeat the enemies there.

In the next room, defeat the boss with a knife and his associates.

Head up the stairs alone.

Find a Staminan XX to the right of the restaurant sign.

Head inside the restaurant and fight enemies while avoiding helicopter fire. Hide behind pillars when the helicopter swoops in.

Head into the back rooms and kitchen, fighting enemies along the way.

Grab the Toughness ZZ in the kitchen.

Proceed through the second floor area of the restaurant.

After defeating enemies, find a pillar to hide behind during another helicopter pass.

Run to the end and engage in another fight, including enemies with rocket launchers and hand grenades.

After another helicopter sweep, a quick-time event will allow you to bring the chopper down.

Defeat the two skilled boss characters that appear.

Break the barrier at the far end and use the rocket launcher to deal with the next helicopter.

Answer your phone.

Fight Someya, who is armed with a katana. Dodge and counterstrike, using the bar stools for assistance.

After Someya loses two-thirds of his health, he will focus on frenzied strikes without his sword. Finish him off.

Return to Serena.

After the conversation, head to the roof and speak to Nagumo.

Warning: This is the point of no return. If you wish to complete any remaining Substories or other activities, do so now.

Speak to Nagumo in Serena to finish the story.

Take a taxi to Onomichi.

Pay respects to the fallen.

Face the first of the final enemies, including a boss you've fought before. This fight is barehanded; crowd-control thugs and then focus on the boss.

When the boss pulls out a knife, fight him on those terms.

Face the final boss, who has the tattoo of Bai Ze the Keeper of Secret Knowledge on his back. Be careful of his raging charge when he uses Heat.
