Navigate The First Trial in Aion with our comprehensive walkthrough for levels 1-3. Learn about prerequisites, party setup, and strategies for each stage, including boss fights.
Walkthrough
- 1Entering Dark Poeta: Ensure all party members have necessary consumables and buffs. Activate the artifact to enter Dark Poeta.
- 2The Village: Head right from the entrance, evading initial mobs. Clear single pulls in the village: the mob in front, the patrol inside, and two mobs on the left. Hug the left wall to reach the waterfront, clearing mobs there and avoiding the village patrol.
- 3Spiritmaster Boss: Engage the two guards in front of the Spiritmaster's building. For the boss fight, drag the boss to the water's edge into a niche to avoid additional spawns. The Spiritmaster uses AoE, Sleep, and Reflect spells. Dispelling the boss's shield is crucial.
- 4The Lake: Circle the lake on the top level to clear aggro. Then, attack the three bosses. Be aware of patrols and an invisible spawn near a tree.
Tips
- Consumables: Stock up on Major Life Serum, Major Mana Serum, Greater Running Scrolls, Greater Healing Potions/Roots, Greater Courage Scrolls, and Perer Aether Jelly. Casters need extra Mana Serum. CC Pots/Roots are mandatory for transformations.
- Party Composition: A Templar (tank), Cleric (healer), Chanter (buffs/mantras), Sorcerer (CC/AoE), Spiritmaster (DPS/loot), and a DPS class (Ranger/Assassin/Gladiator) are recommended. Chanter buffs are vital to prevent one-hit KOs.
- Aggro Management: All party members must watch their aggro to prevent adds and maintain efficiency.
- DPS Focus: Maintain high DPS throughout the instance to beat the clock and improve ratings. Consider gearing up the tank first.
- Boss Strategy: For the Spiritmaster, use the water niche to minimize AoE damage and avoid extra spawns. Dispelling the boss's shields is key.
