Alright, this mission, 'Hoarders,' is all about taking down Marie Levesque, a real nasty piece of work who's hoarding supplies and working with Germain to stir up trouble against the royal family. Walkthrough

Right after the cutscene, you'll want to get moving across the rooftops. There's a guard bothering a merchant down below. Use your Phantom Blades to take him out with an air assassination, then quickly deal with the second guard.

The merchant will ask you to cover him as he heads down the street. To do this, climb up the palace wall and get onto the roof. Head to your right, and you'll find a rope hidden behind some trees. This rope leads to the next building.

Once you're on the next building, position yourself and wait. A cart will soon be attacked by two guards. Use your Phantom Blades to take out the first two guards with headshots.

Keep an eye on the street; there's another pair of enemies to your left. Wait for them to stop moving before you take them out. The last two enemies are actually on your side of the street, down to your left. They can be a bit aggressive, so be ready. Once all six enemies are down, you can drop down and talk to the merchant to finish this opportunity event.

Now, cross the rope you used earlier and get to the other side. You'll need to take out some more thugs with your Phantom Blades.

Head back towards the restricted area and make your way to the objective marker (!) just before the main gate. This kicks off the next opportunity. You'll need to climb the wall and take out a sniper to proceed.

Turn left into the tower and deal with the guard inside. Then, exit the other side and take out another sniper. After that, return to the side you came from.

Look down into the courtyard. You should spot a rope just below you that you can drop onto. Wait there. Use your Eagle Vision to pinpoint the key holder on the other side of the courtyard. When two men arrive and are highlighted in red near the cell below you, it's time to act.

Tips

Try to use your Phantom Blades as much as possible to maintain stealth and avoid triggering alarms, especially for those optional objectives.
The merchant protection part can get a little hectic, so make sure you have a clear line of sight on the enemies before they reach the cart.
When dealing with the snipers, take your time to line up the shot. They're usually positioned where they can spot you easily.
