Memory 02: 02 The Fall Of Robespierre

Follow Arno through the streets and rooftops of Paris to find Robespierre in Assassin's Creed Unity. Learn how to complete optional objectives and avoid conflict.

Looks like the plan backfired a bit and Robespierre has been taken into custody, making Arno’s job to find him that much more difficult.

Walkthrough:

First, you'll need to follow Elise through the streets. Keep an eye out for dead guards, and when you enter the area, take a left, then a right down an alley to find a survivor. After a cutscene, you'll need to search the area for other survivors until you find Robespierre.

To start, take a left onto the street and then right down the first alley to find the first guard for a brief conversation. Turn left again and run past the lift, then turn right down an alley near the underground entrance to find the second guard.

Speak to the first guard and then seek out the other two survivors. Robespierre is nearby, but if you want to complete the optional objective of not getting into conflict, I suggest climbing the buildings before you approach the search zone for a cutscene.

The trick to following Robespierre on the rooftops is to avoid making quick direction changes. He tends to weave in and out of alleys, so try to head in a general direction. Use the ropes and roofs to follow him and stay off the ground. Don't worry if the game tells you to reduce your distance to Robespierre; you can afford to lose him temporarily.

If you do lose Robespierre, a search zone will appear nearby, which you can head to in order to continue the story. Follow Robespierre via the rooftops to the hideout for a cutscene.

After the scene, you'll be on the roofs just outside the restricted zone. Rather than taking a direct approach, your best bet is to go around the left side of the building and enter through the side. Make your way left across the rooftops.
