You'll find the Gravity Boots in the Royal Chapel. The easiest way to get there is to head to the Save Room in the Underground Caverns and go east. Keep going until you reach the large, open room with the clock. From there, head north. You'll eventually find yourself in the Royal Chapel. The boots are in a chest in this area.

Once you have them, the Gravity Boots let you walk on ceilings! Just press the jump button while near a ceiling, and Alucard will stick to it. This opens up a ton of new paths and secrets, so don't forget you have them!
