Wolf, Minotaurus.

Upon entering the Colosseum, head right past the torches and drop down, hugging the right side. A save room is located here.

After saving, drop to the bottom and proceed right. You'll encounter Blade Soldiers.

The torches near the entrance contain sub-weapons: the first has the Axe, the second the Rebound Stone, the third the Holy Water, and the fourth the Knife. If you already possess a sub-weapon, a large heart will appear instead.

Continue to the end of this area to find a Heart Max Up.

Leave this room and head left along the bottom of the Colosseum. You will encounter Bone Scimitars, Paranthropus, and Hunting Girls.

At the far left end of the bottom section, you will find the Blood Cloak. This cloak converts damage taken into hearts.

Return to the area above the save room and proceed left to the next level.

Ascend a small vertical shaft using platforms on the walls.

In the new room, you will face Blade Soldiers and Blade Masters. Defeat them and proceed through the door on the left.

After dropping down, take the path to the right to face the boss. The left path leads to the last part of the Colosseum.

To exit the Colosseum into the Royal Chapel, go left from the boss path junction, jump over a drop, and walk over a button on the ground to lower a barricade.

In the torch near the button, you will find the Agunei sub-weapon, which shoots lightning.

Drop down the left side, hugging the wall. A save room is located here.

After saving, drop down to face the Owl Knight. Defeating the owl first makes the knight vulnerable.

Next, you will face the Plate Lord again.

After another Owl Knight encounter, you will face a Grave Keeper guarding Green Tea.

Leave the Green Tea room and head right past an Axe Knight to find a junction.

Jump over the drop to the left and defeat the Armor Lord.

In the bottom-left room of the Colosseum, you will find a powerful Shield Rod.
