You are then sucked into a television and transported to a maze.

Walkthrough

Start by walking over to the television at the end of the path you are on. Examine it; it's a teleporter.

You'll be sent to Area 2, guarded by a Lotus Root Onii. Avoid it and teleport to Area 3.

In Area 3, you'll find three men. Take the left television to Area 4.

In Area 4, find two more men and a crack on the ground. Use a farmer to open it and find a hot spring. Return to Area 3.

Warp using the TV to the right in Area 3 to reach Area 5.

In Area 5, find two more citizens and a hole. Dig to find Art Piece 08, "Parrot Manager", by Achu. The other TV leads to a dead end. Return to Area 4 via Area 3.

In Area 4, use the left television to reach a dead end with a Lotus Root Onii. Kill it. Return to Area 4.

Use the other television in Area 4 to reach Area 6, where you'll find 3 men. Avoid the many Lotus Root Oniis and use the television at the other end to reach Area 7.

In Area 7, use the south television to reach a lone island with a Lotus Root Onii. Kill it. Return to Area 7.

Use the northern television in Area 7 to reach Area 8, where you'll find two more men.

Use the television closer to your entry point in Area 8 to reach another lone island with a Lotus Root Onii. Kill it. Return to Area 8.

Use the third television in Area 8 to reach Area 9.

The television to the south in Area 9 leads to three more men. The one to the east leads to Area 10.

In Area 10, use the only other television to get to Area 11.

In Area 11, the television to the north leads to four men. The one to the south leads to the exit, where you'll find the final three men. Pick up the God Memo on the ground.

The God Memo states that King TV Dinnah is hiding in studios worldwide. Look for him by digging holes; citizens good at digging or jobs that find holes are helpful.

If anyone is wounded, return to Area 4 to heal them at the hot spring.

You will then enter an open field for the Special War Program, hosted by TV Dinnah. Broadcasters are positioned around the field, serving various countries. The holes correspond to a rough map of the world:
