    After speaking with the Chancellor, you receive the Soul Splitter ability.

    Use Soul Splitter to create a copy. Have the first copy drag the left statue, and the second copy drag the right statue to unlock the door into The City of the Dead.

    Proceed through the first room and the door at the far end. Kill scarabs if desired. A chest is in the back left corner.

    Continue through the next door. You will be ambushed by skeletal champions. After defeating them, an Undead General will appear. Defeat him.

    Return to the entrance and find a Book of the Dead page on a raised platform to the right.

    Head to the locked door. Stand on the right pressure plate to lower spikes around the left plate.

    Go through the right-hand door and follow the hallway to the room at the far end.

    In the center of the room is a rotation device that lowers a nearby gate. A gate is to the right, and a switch is over a gap to the left.

    Enter Soul Splitter mode. Have the first copy activate the rotating switch to lower the gate.

    Use Death Grip to grab a bomb from the wall on the left.

    Return to the previous room and throw the bomb to the switch across the gap to unlock the nearby gate, granting access to a movable block.

    Exit this room and run up the nearby stairs to find another chest.

    Backtrack down the stairs to the corner and drop down the hole into the hallway below.

    Turn around to find a chest. Continue down the hallway and loot the chest in the small room for a Skeleton Key.

    Move right, following the railing around the corner to find a Book of the Dead page.

    Return to the rotating switch. Rotate it to cause the platform you left your body on to rotate 90 degrees.

    Switch to your second copy and move across to the far side of the room from the rotating switch.

    Look in the alcove to the right for a Boatman's Coin.

    Climb the wall vine and use Death Grip to swing to the other side of the room for a chest.

    Enter the nearby tunnel and look in the alcove to the right for another chest.

    Follow the passage left and use the switch to open a gate with a lantern behind it.

    Exit Soul Splitter mode and return to the main room.

    Grab the lantern using Death Grip and return to the open hallway on the opposite side of the room.

    At the gap, plant the lantern and wallrun across the pit, then Death Grip it over.
