    After defeating the Warmaster, enter the nearby door to find a chest with the legendary item 'Ice Reaver'.

    Return to the street and enter the door to the right, below where you previously dropped down, to re-enter the underground.

    Navigate back to the room with the skeleton door and use the key to proceed.

    Enter the hole in the wall to the left and use Death Grip to cross to the other side, entering Belial’s Lair.

    Follow the train tracks to an open room. Kill the hell slaves, then jump to the platform on the left.

    Head for the open doorway and pick up the 'grenade launcher' weapon from the floor.

    Climb the stairs and continue through the next few rooms, killing hell slaves and defilers.

Boss: Demon Lord Belial

Belial is a large, slow-moving boss with dangerous ranged and close-proximity attacks. Patience and deft dodging are key.

Phases:

  1. Phase 1: Belial uses ranged attacks and close-proximity attacks, including an 'energy impale' move. Dodge his attacks, get in a few hits, and dash away before he uses his 'blade geyser' attack.
  2. Phase 2 (First Phase Shift): Belial becomes ethereal and plants his weapon in the ground to charge up. A small blue sphere appears. Shoot this sphere enough times within the short window to prevent Belial from exploding and damaging you. He will then re-appear.
  3. Phase 3: Belial now uses his 'lava fissure' attack in addition to his previous attacks. Continue the dodge, attack, dash combo.
  4. Phase 4 (Second Phase Shift): Belial uses his 'energy impale' attack before summoning the blue ball. Shoot the ball until he transforms back.
  5. Phase 5 (Final Stage): Similar to Phase 3, but when Belial has no health remaining, he enters ethereal mode for a final time. He uses the 'energy impale' attack, but the blue energy ball moves around. Destroy this moving ball to complete the fight.
