The Lord of Bones

After a cutscene and speaking with a new ally, you'll receive the objective to find the Lord of Bones and a new side-quest, Lost Relics. You are now in The Kingdom of the Dead. The Tree of Death serves as a hub with portals to other worlds.

Follow the path south from the Tree of Death through the Craglands to Leviathan’s Gorge.

Near a large bridge, turn left and follow the cliff to find a Relic of Etu-Goth.

Cross the bridge, then follow the cliff to the right until you reach a building. Use the handhold to descend to the base of the cliff.

Head northeast to find yourself beneath the large bridge. Before using the death grip rings across the chasm, shoot the bomb below the platform with yellow crystals to clear it.

Use the three death grip rings to reach the central pole, then drop to the cleared platform.

Use the bomb on this platform to destroy the crystals blocking death grip rings. Swing across to the platform for a chest. Two other chests are inaccessible at this time.

Backtrack across the chasm, up the cliff, and proceed towards the ominous building ahead. Enter the building.

Inside, use the death grip hook to wall run to wall vines. Climb halfway and look behind you for another death grip hook. Jump back to grab it, then the next, and wall jump backward to reach a platform with a chest.

Step on the pressure plate to open a gate; roll through before it closes. Open the next chest around the corner.

Drop down the nearby hole twice to a lower platform. Step on the pressure plate to the East to clear a set of five spikes.

Quickly wall run across the gap before the spikes reappear. You will find a locked skull door.

Enter the door to the left. The doors will lock behind you. Fight 10-12 skeleton warriors and proceed through the Eastern door.

Look left and use death grip to grab a bomb, then plant it on the switch.

Cross the bridge to the platform to the East. Run left to the dead end. Look back across to the switch and shoot the bomb. This lowers the first bridge and raises another behind you.

Cross the new bridge and climb the stairs to open a chest containing a Skeleton Key. A large group of scarabs will appear; defeat them.

Return to the previous platform. Use the pole to the south to reach a nearby handhold.

Wall run up further and use death grip to reach a platform above with two chests. Grab them and drop back down to the ledge you came up from.

Use the lower handholds to wall run back to the room's entrance. Use the Skeleton Key on the door.

Follow the hallway and drop down. Kill the skeleton warriors and enter the next hallway.

Look left for a Boatman’s Coin. Follow the passage to the end and enter the room.

Kill all the skeleton warriors. Behind the statue to the left of the entrance, find a Boatman’s Coin.

Look at the statue on the other side of the room. Find a bomb plant behind it. Grab the bomb and toss it at the crystals above the statue to destroy them.

Use the nearby blocks to climb to the ledge where the crystals were. Grab the handhold opposite and head around the corner.

Option 1: Climb up multiple handholds to find a chest on the roof. Return down.

Option 2: From the handhold, drop down to the handhold below and wall run across the room to the right. At the end, jump and use death grip to reach a platform above the statue containing a chest.

Drop back to ground level and go through the exit door.

Head across the bridge. Go left first. Look over the edge of the broken bridge for a Boatman’s Coin.

Do a 180 and continue west. Ignore the quest marker and follow the passage around the corner. Drop down into the ruins.

Drop down again and check the alcove to your left as you enter. Destroy destructibles for a Boatman’s Coin.

Stand on the angled circular platform at the back of the room. Look above the door you entered and slightly left to see a crystal in an alcove. Shoot this for a Stone of Power.

Backtrack to the end of the bridge you crossed earlier. Look for the large open gate to the south.

To the left of this gate, find a Boatman’s Coin. Enter the gate and follow the passage to the top of the hill.

Continue straight ahead to the dead end instead of turning right towards the quest marker. At the edge, drop down to a ledge below for a chest.

Hit the switch and climb the rotating wall before it reverts.
