Canal Passage: To access the contraband boat's cabin, you need a special key. This key is held by a canal corpse, though it occasionally spawns directly beneath the boat. Use Foresight to locate it. Inside the one-room shack, a regular bonecharm is hidden behind a sheet of tin siding. The contraband boat contains a black bonecharm in its cabin.

Ferella Way: Ivan Jacobi's office no longer requires a key, as two Eyeless have already picked the lock. They will be hostile upon approach. If you previously slandered the administrator, you'll find a fan ornament above the billiard table.

Teresia Cienfuegos's Apartment: Teresia will appear on the third floor. After a brief conversation, she will reveal that the laudanum Billie needs is being sold, along with her father's other possessions, at the Colibron Plaza auction. The area becomes accessible only after learning this information. Loot can be found in the same rooms and on the nearby rooftop accessible with Displace.

Black Market: The black market will be operational regardless of whether it was robbed in the previous mission. The rat tunnel and door code will be removed or impeded. The operator sells three bonecharms (one black, two corrupted) and a poppy tincture (the laudanum Billie seeks) for 800 coins.

Robbing the Black Market: Robbing the black market is more difficult but still possible. You must go to the sewers of Cadmus Abele Plaza (use the descending stairway to the left of the fountain plaza) and retrieve an access wrench near a worker. Bring the wrench back to Ferella Way and use it to open the maintenance tunnel door located directly beneath the long stairway. A grate allows you to see inside. The door button can be activated with a projectile, causing the operator to flee. Alerting her is unavoidable.

Colibron Plaza Auction: The auction is accessible after Teresia's tip-off. Be aware of elite guards; using Semblance is recommended. You can obtain a trophy for attending and winning the poppy tincture while disguised. This requires Semblance, even if guards are stealthily eliminated. Winning typically costs between 350 and 450 coins. Avoid removing your disguise in front of spectators.
