The Malchiodi Building contains three Eyeless inside and three or four outside in the eating area. A bonecharm can be obtained from the outdoor area without engaging enemies. The interior balcony offers a good spot to stash bodies.

Bonecharm locations in the mine building leading to Malchiodi's locked room: #11, #12, #13 (corrupt, atop a bunk bed), #14 (outdoor eatery), #15, #16 (lower area by barracks mine track).

The library area is divided into three sections: lower library, middle-tier projection theater, and upper bridge entryway, with approximately 4, 4, and 5 Eyeless respectively.

It is advisable to tackle the bridge area first, accessing it from the eating area via a path underneath a small stairway. Eliminate key enemies like the nonpatroller and the woman on the stairs, then hide their bodies in the chandelier or eatery pipe tunnel.

The projection area is the next easiest. If not using Semblance to pickpocket bonecharms, neutralize Eyeless one by one, disposing of bodies near the barracks or eatery pipe tunnel. Two enemies are focused on the projection, leaving only 2-3 to deal with.

In the lower library area, KO the Eyeless leaning against the rail and hide its body, then use Semblance to steal remaining bonecharms. If Semblance is unavailable, create a distraction and pick off stragglers.

Bonecharm locations in the library area: #17 (near upper bridge), #18, #19, #20, #21 (projection screen area), #22, #23 (lower reading halls).

Progress past the bridge by Displacing onto an unconnected cliff. Eliminate the final two Eyeless, one carrying a bonecharm, and enter the lit-up aperture. Touch the odd eye to gain a vision.

Bonecharm location past the library area: #24 (cliffs along main path).

After gaining the vision, return to the elevator courtyard. Envisioned, powerful teleporting enemies, will appear alongside remaining Eyeless. Avoid them if possible, or use heavy damage and melee follow-ups to permanently destroy them, earning a trophy. Grenades are also effective.

For a nonlethal approach, after gaining the Eye's sight, find Malchiodi's impaled corpse near the cliffs. Use his key to open his room and trunk for a corrupt bonecharm and diary. The code for his trunk is 962.

Two additional bonecharms are located on a new cliff expanse near where players crawl through the tipped hopper into the elevator building. An additional Envisioned is also present in this area.
