Royal Conservatory, Outdoors

Royal Conservatory, B1
There are two ways to enter the B1 area from outdoors. One is through an ankle-high window in the fish statue courtyard, leading to the old quartermaster room (now a "censer room"). The other is via a stairway from the outer walkway leading to a locked basement door. Continue past it to the maintenance/sewers area. Under the "condemned due to infestation" sign, break the wooden barrier to find a loot-filled corridor below an operable hatch, which is the "smuggler's route".
The censer room is a good staging area to eliminate the four Overseers nearby. The nonpatroller near the locked door should be dealt with first.
Beyond the censer room is the old workshop, now a musical torture chamber. It contains three Overseers and a captive witch in the former "forbidden archive" area. The witch is friendly but has civilian AI, meaning she can trigger alerts.
Freeing the witch requires an interrogation room key, held by a guard or found in a nearby desk cabinet. This earns a clue about a key hidden on a "painting to the left".

Royal Conservatory, 1F
1F is accessible via the front entrance in the turtle courtyard or either stairway from B1. It includes a front lobby, a main hall, and side rooms like a bathroom, barracks, and projection room.
In the lobby, there are two guards. It's easiest to take out the teller first (the storeroom behind him has an open window facing the turtle courtyard) and then any remaining guards. Loud noises may alert Overseers above and in the main hall. The teller office also contains the 2F morgue key.
The main hall has five enemies: three in the hall itself, one in the projection room, and one sleeping in the barracks. Some enemies are near breakable glass; ensure bodies are moved quickly to avoid alerting others.
Billie can use the microphone in the main hall reception booth. The "provoke the Abbey" option does not seem to alert all enemies in the conservatory.
