Part 7

Before entering the Crucible, stock up on Health Potions and consider buying better weapons from the Travelling Trader.

Enter the Crucible and prepare for 8 rounds of combat.

Aim to beat the Target Time for each round to achieve a Perfect Round.

During combat, glowing bags of Gold will appear after defeating waves of enemies. Collect these for Gold, with amounts varying based on the audience's Excitement Level. Reaching X5 Excitement Level yields 2000 Gold. Avoid getting hit to increase Excitement.

Each round completed opens a door to the next. Trader rooms appear after every 3 rounds (after Round 3 and Round 6).

Round 1: Giant Beetles - Target Time: 1:45. Defeat 3 waves of Giant Beetles.

Round 2: Hobbes - Target Time: 1:50. Use floor switches to excite the crowd and impale Hobbes.

Round 3: Hobbes - Target Time: 2:25. Shoot explosive barrels and knock Hobbes into the center hole.

Trader Room - Stock up on supplies.

Round 4: Hollow Men - Target Time: 2:30. Use a fast weapon against these slow enemies.

Round 5: Bandits - Target Time: 2:10. Use explosive barrels and Flourishes (if you have the power). Prioritize enemies on the bridge.

Round 6: Bandits & Highwaymen - Target Time: 2:00. Use switches to burn gun-wielding enemies attacking from both close and long range.

Trader Room - Stock up on supplies.

Round 7: Balverines & White Balverine - Target Time: 2:35. Be aware of enemies jumping behind you.

Round 8: Rock Troll & Hobbes - Target Time: 1:50. Keep moving, deal with Hobbes quickly, and shoot the Rock Troll's nerve tendrils.

After completing Round 8, exit the Crucible.
