This task is quite difficult to be completed in this playthrough. Rem and your active party members must be trained until they reach level 38. Expert Trials won't decrease their requirements even if you fight alone, so you must collect three 'A's to achieve S Rank. I didn't want to waste my time with additional training, so I skipped this task.

Collecting this item is similar like obtaining l'Cie Yugino's Crystal from Cactuar. Simply pick up an item dropped by this creature at Airship Landing, Chocobo Ranch, Terrace, or Back Garden. If it's Cactuar Blossom, you can complete the task right now, otherwise you have to do it in the second playthrough. If you didn't trigger Naghi's event in Chapter 2 Free Time 3, he won't show up in this chapter.
