Head north to the northern tip to pick up l'Cie Kiyosaki's Crystal on the ground, then head south of Eibon to visit Toguagh (capture any Chocobo if you want). The first shop sells gifts but you don't need them for now. If you keep heading north, you will find another Phantomist Merchant who sells Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, and Purple Phantoma, but once again you don't need them for now. Head south of the monument and talk with a man who sits on the ground with the boy standing on his right side. Choose "It's hexagonal.", "About thirty feet.", "Granite gray.", and talk to him again to obtain l'Cie Kanna's Crystal.

Talk to Issei to accept his task, then head outside and move south, cross 2 bridges, and keep heading south to enter Innsmouth Region. Head south and you can find a Megamarina roaming around. Ignore this enemy and you should see shallow waters with a lighter color. Ride your chocobo and use these paths to cross between islands until the last desert island in the east. Head north toward the end to pick up l'Cie Aarmad's Crystal on the ground, then head west to enter Innsmouth Coast (small area with some rocks in the right side). Once you enter this place, you will be locked up and must defeat a level 51 Dracoknight who has permanent Regen buff. Fortunately, he only performs two attacks alternately. When he performs double spear thrusts, dodge it and his breaksight appears after the second thrust. When he performs jumping spear throw, his breaksight appears after he thrusts his spear on the ground. Learn both moves, and you will be able to perform breaksight easily. Don't prolong this battle because he has Regen buff. After defeating him, approach a sparkling item to pick up l'Cie Clareus's Crystal on the ground. If a chest spawns near the shore, you can also open that. Exit this place and return to Toguagh to complete your task, then return to Akademeia.

Megamarina is your early source of Ivory Phantoma (and Crystal Shard), and it can be defeated easily even though this creature's level is 99. This enemy only appears bigger but still has the same attacks as its smaller counterparts. One Ivory Phantoma is required to clear a task later, but you should already have some at this point.

Watch a cutscene, and now you have 4 days 12 hours, which equal to 60 hours. As usual more events are unlocked but you can't accept all of them, so you have to prioritize some events above the others.
