The woman in question is walking around in the passage southeast from the searchlight area in The Pass of Paddra. Reveal her and talk to her before she runs away.

You get the Wedding Jewelry, which needs to be delivered to the red sphere NPC to get the AF110 Yaschas Massif fragment - Gerhilde’s Blossom (01/06) + 500 CP.

If you climb the ramp leading to the face of the statue in The Paddraean Archaeopolis, you can nab a treasure cube with the ‘Maleficence’ Gate Seal (enables Time Reversal in AF110 Yaschas Massif).

Head over to the searchlight area, and look down in the ravine north from the area.

Ahead is a treasure cube with the Outdoor Watch, requested by Shannon in AF010 Yaschas Massif (use Moogle Throw to recover the contents).
