Complete Part 14 of Gears of War 4, including finding Cog Tag CT15 and CT16, and strategies for Lethal Dusk.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Head back to the staircase and grab the ammo box across from it.
  2. 2
Proceed down the alleyway and take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (use environmental objects to shield yourself from enemy fire) around the next corner.
  3. 3
Defeat the Boomer first with the Lancer, then deal with the other Locusts.
  4. 4
Move to the right of where the Boomer was and hop over the low wall.
  5. 5
Take cover behind the car after passing the broken fence.
  6. 6
Repeatedly tap X to move the car until it stops.
  7. 7
Take cover behind the block to the right of the stopped car.
  8. 8
Equip grenades and throw one onto the platform to eliminate the enemy there.
  9. 9
Take cover behind one of the three blocks and eliminate any approaching enemies, including Wretches.
  10. 10
Use the Lancer to clear enemies hiding behind the low wall.
  11. 11
Once all enemies are defeated and the hole seals, continue moving forward.
  12. 12
Keep progressing until a Point-of-Interest icon appears, but do not head towards the gate yet.
  13. 13
Head straight from your current area towards mailboxes between two trees to find Cog Tag (CT15).
  14. 14
Proceed to the Point of Interest to activate a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (a non-interactive story sequence) and end this section.

Outpost (A24)

  1. Walk forward until a cutscene begins. This section is straightforward.

Lethal Dusk (A25)

  1. Head to the end of the section, to the fire, and kick open the door on your right.
  2. Continue through the old house until you reach a door at the end of a hallway and kick it open. There are no enemies here.
  3. Immediately head straight forward and take cover behind the low wall.
  4. Equip your shotgun and kill the Locust that runs towards you.
  5. Shoot the propane tank in front of the shack's door with your pistol.
  6. Switch to the Lancer, hop over the wall, and rev your chainsaw to kill the sniper inside the shack.
  7. Switch to the Longshot.
  8. Head to the right of the shack (facing it) and kill the Locust with a shotgun near the block with a tree.
  9. Proceed forward, hugging the wall until you reach stairs, and head down them.
  10. At the bottom of the stairs, turn the wheel rapidly. If you die frequently due to Dom's actions, hop off to kill enemies or take cover to regenerate health before continuing to turn the wheel.
  11. Head up the stairs and proceed until you encounter two enemies who will state, "Stay there! We're coming over! Stay under the light!".
  12. Enter the shacks to the right to stock up on ammo. A Longshot is available here if you missed it earlier.
  13. Proceed through the house, kicking open doors. There are no enemies.
  14. Outside, shoot both propane tanks: one in front of the car and one to the far right of the car.
  15. Take cover behind the car in front of the propane tank to the right of the first car.
  16. Use your shotgun for close enemies and snipe (attack from a distance) for far enemies.
  17. Once all enemies are dead, head forward into the dark area.
  18. Look to your left to see a shed in the darkness containing a propane tank. Shoot it.
  19. Enter the shed to find Cog Tag (CT16).
  20. Turn around and shoot the propane tank to the left of the car.
  21. Take cover behind the car.
  22. If you have the Longshot, attempt to snipe the Troika.
  23. If you cannot snipe the Troika or have the Lancer, run forward and shoot all propane tanks. There is one behind a cabinet and another to its direct right.
  24. Toss a grenade at the Troika.
  25. An opening is on the left; proceed through it.
  26. Go through the building. The door to the last hallway before leaving the building has a Wretch that bursts out.
Tips
  • On Insane difficulty, prioritize killing the Boomer first in Part 14.
  • Hiding behind a wall is more effective than hiding behind the car when facing the Boomer in Part 14 on Insane.
  • In Lethal Dusk, using the chainsaw on the sniper in the shack is a key opportunity.
  • On harder difficulties, the Longshot is almost a requirement in Lethal Dusk.
  • If you are using a weapon other than the Longshot or Shotgun, assume "snipe" refers to your preferred long-range weapon.
  • The propane tank on the left opening in Lethal Dusk is not essential to shoot as Kryll do not typically attack there.
