Cutting the Grass

Go to Salvatore's Gentlemen’s Club. Salvatore will inform you that the Colombian Cartel is producing a new drug called SPANK and suspects an inside informant. He tasks you with finding and eliminating Curly Bob if he is indeed the rat.

Make your way to Luigi's Sex Club. Wait outside until Curly Bob enters a taxi.

Get into your own vehicle and follow Curly Bob's taxi at a safe distance. Keep an eye on the Spokometer in the top right corner of your screen; if it increases, you are too close and the mission will fail. If you get too close, stop for a moment and let the taxi drive ahead.

Continue following Curly Bob to Portland Harbor. A cutscene will play, showing Curly Bob distributing SPANK and leaking information about the Leones.

Following Salvatore's orders, drive into Curly Bob to eliminate him and conclude the mission.
