Now, hop into your current ride or snag a new one if you're feeling it, and head towards the little dot on your mini-map. That'll take you to Portland Harbor. Once you arrive, ditch the car and use that trusty baseball bat to take down the dealer. He'll be hanging out near his car, so make it quick.

After you've dealt with the dealer, hop into his car. Your next stop is the Pay 'n' Spray in the Red Light District. Just drive inside, and the garage door will close, changing the car's color. Normally, this costs $1,000, but for this mission, it's on the house! Finally, follow the pink dot on your map to find Luigi's lockup. Drive the car inside, and boom, mission complete. You'll unlock the next mission, 'Drive Misty For Me,' and pocket $4,000 for your troubles.
