Luigi's Girl
Grab a car and drive to the hospital (southeast of your current location). Park beside Misty, who will get in. Return to Luigi's. Reward: $1,500.

Don't Spanka Ma Bitch Up
After the cut-scene, grab the nearby bat and a car. Head southeast to Portland Harbor. Drive over the target with an arrow above his head instead of exiting your vehicle. Take the car he was next to and drive towards Luigi's. Use the Pay 'n' Spray north of Luigi's to finish the mission. Reward: $4,000.

Drive Misty For Me
Drive north to the park in Hepburn Heights. Park in the blue marker and press L3 for Misty to enter your car. Drive south to Trenton and park in the blue marker for a cut-scene. Rewards: $1,000, Jobs from Joey Leone and Jobs from Marty Chonks.

Pump-Action Pimp
Note: Before starting, get a heavy, fast vehicle like a Coach or Fire-truck. Steal Shotgun rounds by entering Police Cars. Head to the back of Ammu-Nation (east) for a free Pistol. Follow the red dot on the map to the target Diablo Stallion. Ram it at high speed to damage it. You can push it into traffic or off cliffs. Deal with the occupants who have Shotguns by running them over with your vehicle, using your Shotgun, or by driving towards them and bailing out at the last second.

The Fuzz Ball
Note: Get a Coach bus or a fast four-seater vehicle (Police Car, Taxi). Drive around Portland and pick up Luigi's girls, marked by green dots. A two-seater carries one girl, a four-seater carries three, and a Coach carries eight. Head to the Old School Hall in Chinatown (south of Luigi's, near Callahan Bridge) and park in the marker to drop them off. If you don't have four girls, make a second trip. Bringing four girls completes the mission. You can bring additional girls for an extra $500 each. Rewards: $4,000 - $6,000.
