Head to Newport and use a large vehicle like a Coach or Firetruck to block the alley near the Pay ‘N’ Spray. Toss Grenades into the target building's window. When the targets flee, they will be trapped by your vehicle. Toss another Grenade to finish them. If you run out of Grenades, buy AK-47 ammo from the Newport Ammu-Nation beforehand.

Steal an Ambulance from the hospital in Rockford (optional but helpful). Drive to Phil Cassidy's. Do not touch the blue marker; instead, drive past it on the left, turn around, and drive into it to speak with Phil. Get back in the Ambulance and drive between the Barracks OL and crates, then turn left into the wall near the crates. Exit the car to find weapon icons (Shotgun, Uzi, M-16) and Body Armor near Phil. Molotov Cocktails and a Rocket Launcher are atop the crates. Use the Ambulance to jump onto the crates to collect them. Block the narrow path with the Ambulance before the Colombians arrive. Use the Rocket Launcher to destroy their Cartel Cruisers and the Ambulance to stop those on foot. Aid Phil with an M-16/AK-47 against enemies coming through the gate.

Target a Bobcat vehicle and hit it with a vehicle to make evidence fall out. Grab a piece, then hit the Bobcat again. You will get a 2-Star Wanted level after the first hit. Use Bribes at your safehouse to clear the wanted level. Collect all six pieces of evidence. Destroy your vehicle, ensuring it is not put in water. Alternatively, destroy the Bobcat with a Rhino for an instant win.

Head to the docks at Callahan Bridge or near Asuka’s condo and get into a Predator. Exit the boat and drive to the SupaSave in Portland View. Go into the alley between the store and the docks, turn right at the grass, and proceed to the beach. Aim your Rocket Launcher at the target boat and fire. After a cutscene, the target will drive around. Fire another rocket to finish him. If the target beaches the boat, kill him immediately as he wields an AK-47. If you kill him after he beaches, you can get into his boat for an Easter Egg.

Use a Firetruck, not a Rhino or Rocket Launcher. Drive to the target Ambulance and hit it a few times to eject the witness from the 'Silence the Sneak' mission. The witness is fire- and bullet-proof. Kill him by tossing a Grenade or running him over with the Firetruck.
