- 1First things first, you need to head over to Kenji's Casino. He'll fill you in on the situation with Kanbu.
- 2After that, make your way to the Police Station in Torrington. Your goal here is to snag a Police Car.
- 3Once you've got the police car, follow the waypoint that pops up on your screen. It'll lead you to 8-Ball's Garage in Newport. Park the car there so he can rig it with a bomb.
- 4With the bomb all set, you'll need to head back to the Police Station you got the car from. Drive up the underground path to the back of the building.
- 5Park the car where you need to. Now, press Left on the D-Pad to detonate the bomb. Get a safe distance away, seriously!
- 6Once that explosion creates a nice big hole, Kanbu will be able to escape. Grab another Police Car nearby and drive out.
- 7Quickly switch to a normal vehicle before anyone gets too suspicious. Follow the waypoint back to Newport and hit up the Pay 'n' Spray to ditch any wanted level you might have picked up.
- 8Finally, follow the last waypoint to the Dojo in Bedford Point. Just hang out there and wait for Kanbu to show up. Once he's inside, the mission will wrap up.
