First things first, you need to head into the Acasa Marshes. Your goal is to find Victor. He's chilling in a red tunnel way out on the northeast side of the map.

Once you find him, you'll need to save him from some Hollow Walkers. After that, have a quick chat with him inside the room.

Now, make your way back to Jova and head into The Blacksmith’s House.

Go down into the basement, and then come back up and exit. Check if Victor has shown up at the Smithy shop across the street.

Head down the hill from the Smithy until you reach the ON outpost building. The lieutenant should be there now.

Speak with her. She'll mention wanting to see her daughter again, which is the next step.

To progress, you'll need to refresh the world state. The easiest way is to leave the area in the APC and then come back. (We found doing this after starting Act 2 worked just fine for us, so don't worry too much about timing.)

Now, head back into the tunnel where you first found the lieutenant and Victor. The flames that were blocking the ON Convoy should have died down thanks to the world state refresh.

Go to the collision site. You should now be able to loot a box there. Inside this box, you'll find the Photograph - Girl item.

Your final task is to take this Photograph - Girl back to Lieutenant Zao Ru at the ON Camp.

When you hand over the photograph, you'll complete the 'Good Deed'. After that, you can return to the Vigil Elder, Gildas Brom, in Watcher’s Nest. He'll have a reward for you: the Glyph - Rage. This is a pretty unique glyph that lets your Rage weapons ignore stun effects for a short time. It's super handy for dealing with those mages that love to stun you, and other tough Tier 2/3 enemies.
