    First off, head to the APC in Vyssa Hills. From there, you'll want to make your way towards the Timeloop that's visible on the cliff edge, right by the mine entrance.

    Once you're at the Timeloop, look on the east side. You should spot a monument shaped like a snake body, kind of snaking along the left side, with a distinct crease in the land next to it.

    Go into that crease. You'll find some luggage tucked away by the grass, near the lower part of the snake monument.

    Inside the luggage, grab the Pill Bottle - Atenolol. This is what Diana needs.

    Now, head back to the Timeloop. From there, go up the hill.

    You'll see a narrow, winding path leading you towards a mine. Follow it.

    As you get to the mine entrance, you'll see a small camp with a few people.

    Find the person on the left side of this camp, her name is Diana Kos.

  • Another way to fail is by progressing too far into Act 1 and completing the Lymbic Forge. If you leave it too long, Diana will die regardless of your actions.
  • If you mess up and don't give Atticus the keys, you'll find Diana's grave in the Refugee Camp. If you *did* give him the keys, she'll die at his farm in Senedra.
  • If you successfully complete this quest and help Atticus with his Good Deed, you'll find Diana safe and sound. She'll be either in the refugee camp or in the basement of Cadwell's farm.
  • You'll also get a reward for completing this Good Deed, but you need to solve the Watcher's Nest puzzle in the main Vyssa Hills storyline first. Once you solve that, the Vigil Elder NPC unlocks, and he'll give you rewards for all the Good Deeds you've successfully completed. These are usually Glyphs or consumables, which are pretty handy!
