Find Seurat Albo: Head to the back of Marastan, past Keol and Sons, to a house opposite the gate to the Blood Queen Observatory. This house has large white garage doors. Speak to Seurat inside.

Locate the Antenna Key: Fast travel to the APC. Follow the road south/southwest to an intersection. Go towards the barn (southeast) and exit behind it. Turn west (right) by the fence and find a corpse holding the Key Item: Key - Antenna.

Obtain the Statue Key: From the Antenna Key location, head west to the end of the path. Climb the ladder at the side of the fence to enter a compound. Go around and drop off a ledge into a cave. Exit the cave and return to the town market. Opposite the market is a building with a balcony. Climb the ladder on its side and speak to Talis. He will ask you to defeat enemies in front of the church. After defeating them, Talis will give you the Key Item: Key - Statue.

Shut Down the Antenna: Return to Seurat's house. To its right is a gate; unlock it with the Statue Key. Follow the path into the cave. Go straight ahead, then take the door to the right (you may need to unlock it from the other side). Follow the path, go outside, drop down ledges, and turn off the antenna.
