The midpoint of the sewers contains a supply room with potential ammo or pain pills. Proceed through the side duct and follow the main shaft to a ladder. A teammate will likely point it out. Ascend the ladder quickly if enemies are present.

You will emerge near the hospital. Clear Infected from the parking lot and search trucks and ambulances for weapons and first-aid kits. Enter the hospital lobby and reach the safe house to finish the level.

THE HOSPITAL

Stock up in the safe house before proceeding. Move into the hall and eliminate any Infected. The left path is a dead end, so head right. The stairwell is at the end of the hall. For item searching, take the first right.

On the second floor, enter the cafeteria. A Smoker is often found on the ledge above the doorway. The large cafeteria may contain more Special Infected. Check the bathrooms for additional Infected and loot. Ascend the stairs to the upper section and cross the ledge.

The stairwell is to your right, but extra rooms are accessible beyond. These rooms on the third floor offer hiding spots and potential items. Your primary objective is the Nurse Station. Head there, as a Horde is likely to appear in large areas.

From the Nurse Station, follow the ceiling signs to the elevator. Engage any Infected encountered in the hallway. As you approach the elevator, ensure you have a pipe bomb or molotov cocktail.

Pick up ammo in front of the elevator and activate it. The Horde will attack, but defending a narrow hallway can be challenging. Both side walls will break, unleashing a rush of Infected. Choose a side and advance, eliminating enemies. Running in circles through the newly opened pathways can be effective.

Tip: Stay Together
Maintaining group cohesion is crucial, especially during Horde encounters. Separation can lead to incapacitation, making it difficult for teammates to provide aid.
