Walkthrough
- 1In Sun Tower, destroy Wasps and Hives. Activate four Runes: two on the backsides of pillars near their tops, and two behind Super Missile-opened Cordite wall hangings. Use Spider Ball to climb the tower and Bombs to boost between tracks, avoiding Oculi.
- 2Follow the fellow in Sun Tower Access to the Sunchamber.
- 3In Sunchamber, scan the Chozo Ghost (weak to Power Beam only). Use Super Missiles to defeat the three Ghosts. Collect the ARTIFACT OF THE WILD (3/12). Defeating the Ghosts removes creeper vines from the door to the next area.
- 4Retrace steps to the Transport, then go to the Main Plaza.
- 5Use Boost Ball in the halfpipe to reach a MISSILE EXPANSION (16/49).
- 6On the upper level, shoot the exposed circle of wood on the petrified tree near the entrance with a Super Missile to find another MISSILE EXPANSION (17/49).
- 7Enter the door near the halfpipe leading to Ruined Shrine.
- 8In the pit where the Beetle fight occurred, use a Bomb on the small ball-sized opening to get a MISSILE EXPANSION (18/49).
- 9Boost Ball up the halfpipe in the center. The right side has a tunnel with a MISSILE EXPANSION (19/49). The left side has a Spider Ball track leading to the purple door at the top. Shoot it open.
- 10Proceed through Tower of Light Access.
- 11In Tower of Light, climb platforms. Shoot the weakened support pillars at the four compass points three times each with Missiles. After the tower drops a level, avoid Plated Puffers. Repeat the pillar destruction on the next two levels, watching out for Oculi. This grants the WAVEBUSTER Beam Combo.
- 12Return to the Main Plaza, then follow the upper path to the Ruined Fountain.
- 13Roll into the fountain as a Morph Ball to be boosted to the ceiling Spider Track. Roll to a MISSILE EXPANSION (20/49).
- 14In Gathering Hall, hop to the highest Energy Core entrance, then to a side ledge with a red cylinder, then to the ledge above the door. Bomb the grate for a MISSILE EXPANSION (21/49).
- 15Go to Dynamo (near Watery Hall, accessed via a small ball tunnel). Use Spider Ball to climb up and get a MISSILE EXPANSION (22/49).
- 16Return to Gathering Hall, then head to Energy Core, and then to Furnace.
- 17In Furnace, use the Spider Ball on the high road. Roll quickly to the end of the tunnels and Spring Ball up to the next level before boxes disappear. Roll through to emerge outside the furnace. Destroy Beetles. Scan Chozo Lore on the left wall, then roll through the tunnel beneath it.
- 18Proceed through Crossway Access West.
- 19In Crossway, use Boost Ball in the halfpipe to reach the left side near the back. Scan the three Chozo Lore scripts. Blast the Cordite wall hanging with a Super Missile and scan the power conduit to activate a Spider Ball track. Boost to the Spider track, then Bomb up to the Morph Ball Switch and bomb it. Bomb the other switch that opens on the other side. Fall onto the ball-a-vator to get a MISSILE EXPANSION (23/49). Leave via the door near the wall hanging.
- 20Proceed through Elder Hall Access.
- 21In Hall of the Elders, defeat the Chozo Ghost. Read the Chozo Lore on the wall behind the now-lit Chozo Statue. Find the Missile Station through a ball tunnel near the room entrance. Roll in the statue's hands to be flung to a Spider track. Hold the Spider Ball button, hit the Bomb Switch, and then...
