Approach the northwest corner of the temple area, identifiable by a large brick tower. Inside this tower are two guards, one facing east and one facing north.

Use snipers positioned along the outer wall ridges to eliminate these two guards.

Locate and snipe a guard on the ground inside the perimeter, further east from the northern edge.

Be prepared for a patrolling guard who will charge your position; eliminate him.

Enter the corner tower via the stairs to claim an Arisaka with scope, weapons from the fallen guards, and two first aid kits.

Proceed southeast to the large temple visible from the tower. Move counterclockwise around the temple to reach the front door on the south face.

If officers inside are alerted by your approach, eliminate them before reaching the door. Otherwise, carefully enter and use a grenade on the rear section of the temple, then have your fire team finish any survivors.

Inside this temple, you will find a Type 99 Machinegun and two health kits. The Buddha statue does not contain an artifact.

Exit the temple and head northeast towards the northern rear corner of the temple ruins to find the truck.

Northeast of the temple are two large square fountains, followed by a stone gate section of wall. A Type 99 Gunner is sandbagged outside the gate, and a sniper is on top of the gate. Another sniper is hiding in brush east of the fountains.

Use the fountains as cover (a form of protection from enemy fire) to take out the sniper near the fountains.

Snipe the Type 99 Gunner outside the gate.

Climb the wall and eliminate the sniper on top of the gate.

From the wall, look east to see and snipe a sniper on the northeastern corner wall section.

Head south/southeast from the gate. Use low rubble walls beside square fountains for cover during the next firefight against two sandbagged gunners on a raised foundation to the south. Snipe them from a distance.

To the east of their position, find a ruin wall with a doorway. A sandbagged gunner is stationed there; snipe him.

North of this gunner's position, on crates near another wall, find an Arisaka with scope and two first aid kits.

From the walls where the last sandbagged gunner was, look south across a courtyard to see another large temple. The truck is just in front of its west-facing front door.

A sniper is on the roof of the western side of this temple, overlooking the truck. A patrolling guard walks a beat beside the truck.

The temple has a back door on its northeast corner. A Type 100 gunner is inside, waiting. Snipe him.

Be ready to engage the truck guard if he charges. If he does not charge, approach the temple's north face to minimize the threat from the roof sniper before engaging him.

Once the truck guard is dealt with, snipe the roof sniper.

Move your men towards the truck to complete the objective.
