Pacific Drive Part 6 walkthrough: Assault on Rabaul, New Britain. Learn how to clear the camp, find documents, and reach the exit.
Walkthrough
- 1From your starting position, eliminate the closest tower guard and fence guard without alerting the rest of the camp. Snipe them from maximum distance.
- 2Bring your men forward in pairs to cross-fire the southwestern fence opening from cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) on the ridges outside the fence.
- 3If no other guards are alerted, move the pairs closer to flank the fence opening.
- 4If the officer in front of the hut on the far side of the camp is still alive, snipe him.
- 5Bring your men inside the camp. Use the crates and barrels just inside to your right for cover.
- 6Position a sniper and a machinegunner behind the crates and barrels to cover the camp's advance.
- 7Have your stealth man proceed towards the northern houses.
- 8Have your last man either join the covering men or get behind the southern house (left of the fence entrance) as a fallback.
- 9Your stealth man should hug cover while circling the northern houses to snipe or eliminate the northern tower guard and any other stationed guards. Ensure he has an SMG for close encounters.
- 10Once all opposition in the camp is eliminated, free MacArthur's nephew from the easternmost northern hut.
- 11Take any desired Japanese weapons, such as the Type 100 Submachine gun, and stock up on health kits from the southern hut.
- 12Exit the camp the same way you entered.
- 13Proceed south out of the camp, being cautious near the large clearing.
- 14Eliminate the two Japanese reinforcements in the gully on the south side of the clearing quietly. Sneak your stealth man south, stop before the ridge, throw a grenade into the gully, and switch to an SMG. If the grenade doesn't kill them, use the SMG.
- 15Position machine/SMG gunners in the gully facing the southeast opening.
- 16Have your sniper take out one of the southeast guards from a distance and return to cover.
- 17Have your covering men eliminate the other guard when he investigates.
- 18Proceed quietly southeast towards the river.
- 19Approach the river crossing carefully. Use a three-pronged approach with men moving middle, left, and right slowly and in cover to eliminate the two guards near the river.
- 20Cross the river. Immediately after crossing, quietly eliminate the guard walking a north-south beat on the passage south of the river. Creep on your belly and take him out.
- 21Move your men across the river.
- 22As you proceed down the southern passage, use a three-pronged approach again: two riflemen/snipers on the sides and a heavy machinegunner in the middle. Leapfrog forward slowly.
- 23Eliminate any guards encountered walking north-south beats in this passage.
- 24As vegetation thins, you will approach the beach.
- 25Deal with the guards near the shack (two) and on the dock (one) to the southeast, and the guard on the ridge to the west. Position your western sniper and machinegunner forward to easily take out anyone drawn into an ambush by sniping with your easternmost forward man.
- 26Once these guards are dead, send a man to the shack to retrieve the documents.
- 27Proceed west towards the exit zone, where a US Catalina seaplane is parked.
- 28Eliminate the single guard stationed in the sand halfway between the docks.
- 29Carefully deal with the two guards in front of the guard house beside the exit zone dock, and the two guards further up the passage north of the shack. Avoid getting too close when sniping the house guards to prevent alerting others.
- 30The best approach is to have all men stick to the ridge in cover, sniping the lone guard in the middle of the beach.
- 31Have your machinegunner and the rest of the squad on the ridge ready for guards from the house and the passageway. Snipe the house guards from behind a tree.
- 32If guards get too close, your other men are ready to engage.
- 33Once all enemies are dead, run for the dock to complete the mission.
