Pacific Drive Part 27 walkthrough: defeat snipers, guards, and tanks with coordinated ambushes and strategic positioning.
Walkthrough
- 1At the intersection, deal with the sniper on the SE corner and the stationed guard east of the NE corner. Position cover men before engaging the sniper to prevent the guard from rushing you.
- 2After eliminating the guard, gather your men north of the east-west road, in front of the building he was hiding in.
- 3Locate the third tank on the north-south road past a large rubble pile to the east. It is guarded by a Type 99 gunner in a bombed-out building north of the rubble, two Type 100 gunners patrolling nearby, and two snipers in buildings east of the tank.
- 4Position gunners in cover beside the bombed-out shell on the north side of the road near the rubble, ready for a charge.
- 5Carefully move one man to the middle of the road without alerting the Type 99 gunner. Position him to snipe or shoot the gunner without being seen by the tank.
- 6After eliminating the Type 99 gunner, prepare for rush attacks. A trigger man can switch to an SMG to cross-fire any chargers coming past the rubble.
- 7Use the rubble pile as cover and destroy the tank with the bazooka, taking out the driver.
- 8Once the tank is destroyed, use your sniper to move to the tank's position and take out the two snipers stationed in buildings east of you.
- 9Send a sniper north on the west side of the road to look for a sniper in a building on a ridge to the north/northwest.
- 10Consolidate your team and prepare to head north-northeast, following the road as it curves east and then north around a ridge.
- 11Proceed carefully, as two riflemen patrol this area. Consider positioning men on the ridge for high cover without going over it.
- 12Continue around the ridge until you see the road continuing north, directly south of some bombed-out buildings.
- 13The first bombed-out building contains a bazooka man facing west; he can be sniped from the ridge.
- 14Move your men to the south side of this building and prepare to move north towards the last tank.
- 15North of the bazooka man's building are two more buildings, each with snipers on the top floor. Stick close to the buildings to avoid trouble, as they cannot sound alarms.
- 16At the bazooka man's position, you can find another Japanese Bazooka and some First Aid Kits. Gather what you need.
- 17Creep north, using your sniper to spot a sniper hiding in a building on the west side of the road. Stick to the buildings on your side of the street.
- 18Between the two sets of buildings, creep up a rubble pile and into the second story of the building on the east side of the road. This provides an ambush position for the last tank, located northeast of the NE corner of this building.
- 19Position your men inside: a machinegunner in the NE corner, an SMG man south of him, a sniper west of the machinegunner, and a fourth man at the windows west of the sniper. All should be prone initially.
- 20Use your sniper to take out one of the tank guards, preferably the officer.
- 21The remaining guards will charge. Your positioned men should engage them as they cross the street.
- 22Infantry that survive the street crossing will attempt to climb into the building from the rear. Your positioned men should eliminate them.
- 23Get all your men to street level under cover from the tank. The tank is behind sandbags on the north side of the road. Dynamite or the bazooka can be used, but sandbags may make aiming tricky.
- 24Be aware of a sniper in a building on the south side of the road east of your ambush site, and another sniper on the top floor of your ambush site.
- 25Two men are stationed/patrolling in a bombed-out building down the road east from the tank. Take them out first, as their noise could alert the tank's crew.
- 26Set your men to guard against ambush from the north while staying out of the tank's view.
- 27Creep your sniper to a position where he can take out the two snipers.
- 28If the north-side guards are not alerted, creep under cover towards them and take them out.
- 29Finally, take out the tank.
- 30The exit zone is down the road to your east.

- Dynamite is an alternative option for destroying the final tank.
- Clearing out infantry before engaging the tank is advised.
- Staying prone initially helps avoid attracting attention.
- The snipers in the buildings north of the bazooka man's position cannot sound alarms.
