Secret Area 1: Before crossing the bridge, find a ladder on the right edge. Climb down and step right for the first holy item. Two more holy items are located under the bridge; jump to the sides to reach them.

Cross the bridge, defeating the four beasts with your freezer or chaingun. Grab the armor and ammo to the left.

Clear the area of zombies and two more beasts. The spiked wall will lower after defeating all monsters. Check the high ramparts for missed items.

Run along the ramparts to collect health and ammo behind the house before dropping down.

In the open area with siege weapons, freeze and shatter the executioner, then deal with the two beasts and remaining zombies. Collect ammo and health, including freezer ammo behind the house.

Proceed to Checkpoint 1. Grab mega ammo packs inside the house and defeat the two spawning executioners.

Head outside to Checkpoint 2. Quickly eliminate the executioner and two beasts in the courtyard with the freezer. Use the stakegun on the slow-moving zombies. The quad damage on the gallows platform can be used here.

Secret Area 2: After clearing the courtyard, jump onto the low roof next to the archway, then onto the higher roof to the left. Jump repeatedly upwards to the right against the brick wall to reach a secret area with two relics and coins.

Secret Area 3: Under the lower roof, find another secret area containing chaingun ammo.

Proceed to Checkpoint 3.

In the building, defeat the bones that steal souls. Use the electro for close encounters and grenades for clearing rooms. Collect ammo, armor, and health.

Reach Checkpoint 4 downstairs and proceed.

In the next part of the building, go up the spiral staircase and clear out the bones. Checkpoint 5 will only appear after all bones are eliminated.

Secret Area 4: Drop down to the chests and go back outside. Look right to find another holy item. Jump from one of the roofs above to reach it.
