Great Men Are Not Always Wise

Once on the roof, equip your sniper rifle. When instructed, shoot the Native Americans emerging from the bank's front door. They will move left or right, away from the bank. Be aware of gunmen in the windows as well.

After dealing with the enemies, approach the bank doors and shoot them open. Be cautious of the men behind the counter on your left and right, as they can quickly eliminate you. Move to the wooden panel in front of you and eliminate them until only one remains.

The last enemy is holding a hostage. If you try to walk around him, he may shoot her. Use Dead Eye through the bars at an angle when he exposes his head to take him out.

Head upstairs and immediately duck behind the wooden lectern. Lock onto the three Native Americans hiding behind desks. Then, move to the yellow cross to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) that advances the mission.

After running downstairs and exiting the building, mount your horse and follow the blue dot on the minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen).

You will arrive at a forest where you must fight and eliminate a large number of enemies. Equip your rifle and take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) on the higher ground to the right.

Move from cover to cover while sniping the Native Americans scattered throughout the forest. They are armed with heavy-duty weapons, so be careful and duck down if you are taking fire.

When you reach the midway point up the hill, switch to the left-hand side. This allows you to easily flank the remaining enemies, who will all be focused on the guards to the right.

After the mission concludes, be aware of any wolves that may appear and attempt to attack you.
